Watercolor Landscape: How to master plan a painting

  • Wild Basin Wilderness Preserve 805 North Capital of Texas Highway Austin, TX, 78746 United States (map)

Watercolor paintings that look spontaneous are actually heavily planned. Learn how to master plan a landscape through sequencing, patience, and painting techniques. You will also learn how and when to apply watercolor washes, how to control wet edges, and when to add final detail. *Expect to stay after a bit to wait for your paint to dry.

About our Instructor:
Marsha Riti has a BFA in Studio Art from UT, and is an illustrator, artist, mother and compassion advocate. Learning new things everyday and fighting the patriarchy makes life worth living.
